Body Blaster - Challenge every muscle in this complete body strength training class. It will increase your strength, improve your stamina and sculpt your body. By performing a variety of lower-body, upper-body and core-strengthening exercises along with a mixture of cardiovascular exercises designed to keep your heart rate elevated and muscles moving. Through the training principles in this workout, you will burn calories at a higher rate for several hours after your workout is over and help avoid the dreaded plateau. The music and enthusiasm in this class is infectious!  


Zumba® Kids - The Zumba® Kids program is the ultimate dance-fitness party for young Zumba fans ages 7-11, where they can play it loud and rock with friends to their own rules! This program features age-appropriate music and moves that get kids movin’ to the beat. It’s all about feeling fearless on the dance floor, reinforcing the idea that it’s okay to just be yourself and dance like no one’s watching!

Zumba® Kids Jr. - Zumba® Kids Jr. classes are a dance ‘n’ play party for lil’ feet where pint-sized party animals get silly, dream big and begin their journey to a healthy future. This program is where 4- to 6-year-olds just let loose and be themselves – little bundles of natural energy that are endlessly curious about new sounds and experiences! Here they can socialize, move to age-appropriate music and play games with other kids.

Zumba® Toning - Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Using Zumba® toningsticks or light weight dumbbells, you'll work every muscle group while you groove.

STRONG by Zumba™ - is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Unlike all other workouts, we don't just create moves to a playlist. Instead, we craft and reverse engineer the songs to match every move, driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result is a group fitness experience unlike any other.

Hip HopReady to bust a move ;) Join us for the most easy, fun and energetic Hip Hop Class. No experience necessary for adults and teens 13 and over.

Insanity™INSANITY™ is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don't have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!
